Eric Raine

Accomplished entrepreneur, burgeoning filmmaker and avid traveler.  Most recently, Raine founded the independent production company Pick A Winner Entertainment to focus on sharing the world through colorful storytelling, with the first documentary Crazyhot now available on Amazon. He has also produced commercial projects, the reality TV series Freestyle Education, the award-winning short film In Fidelity starring Whitney Cummings and Melissa Sagemiller, as well as appeared in the ESPN series, “Beg Borrow and Deal.” Prior to his filmmaking endeavors, Raine was a top marketing executive spearheading inspired partnerships aligning international brands such as Klipsch Speakers, Polaroid, Red Bull, among others with icons in pop culture, including Sundance Film Festival, Jimmy Iovine, Def Jam, Prince, Robert Downey JR., Kanye West, Wil.I.AM, HBO, Entourage, Outkast and Tina Fey.

Crazyhot Insight
Researching several topics for an Indy project, I grew more fascinated with chile peppers. A people, passions & peppers project spoke to me on a personal level once I discovered they are using capsaicin in cancer research. How did this fruit that is a mental and physical stimulant come to be so reveled worldwide?
