Nick Lashley
Producer/Songwriter, Musician and Composer. Nick spent many years as a Los Angeles based guitarist playing with the likes of Alanis Morissette, Mick Jagger, Carly Simon, The B-52s and many others. More recently Nick has shifted his focus to songwriting and roducing. He co-wrote and produced the music and soundtrack for the hit film "Begin Again" including the hit song "Lost Stars” that was nominated for an Oscar (2015). He also recently composed the songs and score for the upcoming full length drama "Spare Room" (2018), now showing at major film festivals.Crazyhot insight.In that particular spot (when our Psychologist breaks down the brain going through what he refers to as benign masochism) I found the music track that I liked, I thought it had good movement with its kind of modern clubby beat, then I edited the heartbeats to work in time with the track and the weird, screeching sound design elements…. all with the intention that it emphasizes the "naga claw” delirious feeling that people get with superheat overload. Also as the film`s subject matter reflects a broad international flavor, I felt that the music could be used to emphasize that and try to help make the audience feel that they were actually in a given location.Ryan K. McNeal is a colorist based in Los Angeles. He graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2012 with a BA in film. Also being an accomplished painter, Ryan’s attention to color, composition, and tone are always strong considerations for any new project.

Who knew there was such variety to peppers or such drama to the farming and crafting of them? I loved the variety of subjects in this doc, it was fascinating to hear so many different stories and viewpoints.
